The most likely cause is that the app did not install properly – this can occur if there is an internet or App Store disruption during download, even a microsecond can cause this. Unfortunately this is something that is out of our control. In order to fix this, you will need to reinstall the app. Please delete the app, reboot your device, then re-download it. If you have synced your recipes, then when you reinstall it the recipes will sync back to the app.
